Job Overview

The Sales Associate (40hr) is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while actively driving sales performance. This role requires a customer-focused, energetic individual who is passionate about sport, fashion, and helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer service

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions

• Consistently exceed customer expectations and build customer loyalty

• Track individual sales performance against set targets

• Sell across a diverse sportswear and lifestyle product range

• Stay up to date with current fashion, décor, and sports trends

• Proactively seek opportunities to generate additional sales

• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure store readiness at all times

• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and housekeeping

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)

💼 Experience

• Retail sales experience is advantageous

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer environment

• Strong passion for people and customer service

• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
