✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Provide world-class customer service and product advice
✔️ Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple solutions
✔️ Demonstrate and explain Apple products and services in-store
✔️ Maximise sales and contribute to store targets
✔️ Stay updated on Apple product features and innovations
✔️ Ensure high standards of store appearance and merchandising

🧾 Minimum Requirements

✔️ Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
✔️ Prior experience in retail or sales (advantageous)
✔️ Apple product knowledge is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Passionate about technology and customer experience
✔️ Available to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
