🎯 Role Overview

The Sales Development Executive will own the end-to-end sales and outreach process, focusing on booking executive coaches onto speaking stages, podcasts, conferences, and strategic platforms. This role combines outbound sales, research, relationship management, and CRM ownership to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.

Outbound Outreach & Pipeline Creation

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to relevant stage bookers, event organizers, and platforms.

  • Research and identify high-impact speaking opportunities aligned with executive coach positioning.

  • Maintain consistent daily outreach with structured follow-ups to nurture prospects.

  • Initiate and sustain conversations that lead to booked speaking engagements.

Full-Cycle Sales & CRM Ownership

  • Own the pipeline from initial contact to confirmed opportunity and internal handoff.

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including notes, tasks, stages, and next steps.

  • Ensure every interaction drives measurable progress and forward momentum.

Relationship Management & Coordination

  • Build trust-based relationships with external partners and event organizers.

  • Act as liaison between external partners and internal executive coaches, coordinating scheduling and expectations.

  • Communicate proactively and maintain integrity in all engagements.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Provide weekly updates on outreach activity, pipeline health, and booked opportunities.

  • Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.

  • Adapt quickly to a fast-changing, high-feedback environment.

Experience

  • 2–5+ years in full-cycle sales, outbound sales, partnerships, or business development.

  • Hands-on experience with outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
