What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers across the UK who are moving homes or transporting large items, showcasing the value AnyVan brings.

  • Build strong relationships, upsell services, and confidently close deals.

  • Manage leads and consistently meet/exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with your manager to refine sales strategies for maximum impact.

  • Share customer insights and feedback to help improve our offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in sales (inbound, outbound, lead generation, or international sales).

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.

  • Strong rapport-building and persuasive communication skills.

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by targets.

  • Must be able to work onsite in Cape Town and align with UK time zones.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about sales success.

Shift Pattern (South African Time):

  • Apr–Sep: Mon–Fri 9am–9pm | Sat–Sun 9am–7pm

  • Oct–Mar: Mon–Fri 10am–10pm | Sat–Sun 10am–8pm

  • Competitive salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month, based on experience.
