What You’ll Do:

Engage with UK-based customers looking to move house or large items, providing expert advice on how AnyVan can assist.

Build strong customer relationships, upsell services, and close deals effectively.

Manage leads and consistently hit targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.

Collaborate with your manager to refine sales strategies for even better results.

Share valuable customer feedback to help improve services and maintain excellence.
What You Need to Succeed:
We have roles in inbound sales, outbound sales, lead generation, and international sales:

Inbound Sales & Ireland Team:
-
Passion for sales.
-
Customer-facing experience (bonus: contact center experience).
-

Outbound, Lead Generation & International Teams:
-
Proven call center sales experience, ideally with UK/overseas customers.
-
Track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
-
Strong phone rapport-building and closing skills.
-
Excellent active listening and communication skills (written & verbal English).

Resilience, positivity, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Organized with excellent attention to detail.
-
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results quickly.

Shift Patterns (South African Standard Time):

Apr – Sep: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Sat–Sun 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Oct – Mar: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM | Sat–Sun 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Competitive Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month (based on experience).
