We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our Gauteng team in Clayville, Olifantsfontein. This role is ideal for a hunterβ€”someone ambitious, self-motivated, confident, and persistentβ€”who thrives on winning new business and growing accounts.

You will be the face of Compass Medical Waste Services in the region, responsible for expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • 🎯 Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing deals

  • 🀝 Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships

  • πŸ” Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals

  • πŸ“ˆ Drive up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts

  • πŸ“Š Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations

  • πŸ“ Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales

  • πŸ“‘ Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and sales activity records

  • 🧩 Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery

  • πŸ“ Travel to client sites, with the ability to stay overnight when required


πŸŽ“ Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 essential

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries

  • Sales & Marketing Diploma or Nursing Diploma (advantageous)

  • Basic accounting knowledge to support proposal development and costing

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Risk Waste industry is a plus

  • Valid, clear driver’s licence and own reliable transport

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to generate professional reports

  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes is advantageous
