The Opportunity – Sales Executive

Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and ready to thrive in a high-performing, collaborative environment? Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff is hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This is your chance to contribute to one of the world’s most respected hotel brands.

Your Role Includes:

  • Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to generate new business opportunities.

  • Building and maintaining client relationships that drive long-term revenue.

  • Representing Four Seasons with professionalism and service excellence.

  • Promoting the hotel’s offerings including corporate stays, events, and leisure packages.

  • Leveraging marketing strategies to attract and retain high-value clientele.

  • Participating in local and international travel, client visits, and industry events when needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience in sales within the luxury hospitality or similar sectors.

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships with attention to detail.

  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.

  • A passion for excellence in guest service and luxury hospitality.

  • South African citizenship or legal eligibility to work in South Africa.
