π Role Overview
As a Sales Executive β Corporate, you will develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing corporate accounts at Pullman Cape Town City Centre. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building relationships, and supporting the hotelβs marketing and operational teams.
π§ Key Responsibilities

Account manage an allocated corporate portfolio, maintaining and developing accounts while tracking revenue and production.

Drive new business growth across transient corporate, business groups, MICE, corporate/film, and production segments.

Record objectives and planned activities in Account Development Plans (ADPs) and ANAIS system.

Meet monthly KPIs including client appointments, account calls, and revenue targets.
-
Lead RFP processes and ensure timely rate submissions.
-
Re-negotiate and renew annual corporate accounts.
-
Recommend industry associations, trade shows, and sales trips to achieve budget objectives.

Support in-house marketing activities, fam-trips, client hospitality evenings, presentations, and promotional events.

Maintain up-to-date sales contact lists and account information.
-
Monitor competitor activity, account base, rates, and property developments.
-
Generate detailed sales activity reports, including client meetings and presentations.
-
Ensure all accounts have complete documentation including contracts and ADPs.
-
Maintain awareness of hotelβs financial position and adapt strategies as required.

Collaborate with the Accor Sales Network to meet overall sales targets.

Conduct domestic and international sales trips as required.
-
Assist with staff induction, training, and adherence to brand standards.

Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
π Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Matric (Grade 12).

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and RFP processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
