Position Summary:
Schauenburg Systems is currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for maximizing sales profitability, fostering growth, and increasing account penetration within the industry and quarries sector. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in electronic sales, preferably within the mining industry, and will play a key role in promoting our product line to existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by selling company products, services, and solutions to clients in the assigned territory.

Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Market Research & Lead Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and pursue new business.

Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

Customer Satisfaction: Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Trade Show Attendance: Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, gathering market insights and reporting on new products, competitors, and pricing trends.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:

Bids & Quotations: Prepare and present bids and quotations that meet customer expectations and project requirements.

Sales Reports & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all invoiced sales, compile monthly reports, and ensure proper documentation for sales prospects.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop an annual business plan, adjusting strategies based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric: With mathematics and science as subjects.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electronic sales, preferably within the mining industry.

Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Office), product line management experience, and a valid driver’s license.
