As the Sales Finance Co-Pilot, you’ll be the financial engine behind customer business teams—delivering economic insights, trade spend analysis, and promotion evaluations that guide strategic decisions and optimize performance across multiple channels (Modern Trade, Traditional, eCommerce, and more).
🌟 What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life

Drive Channel & Customer Strategy: Collaborate on commercial strategies and execution plans for all customer segments.

Financial Support for Sales Teams: Align finance with regional growth, ensuring profitability and value-driven decisions.

Manage Trade Spend & Promotions: Oversee trade spend consolidation, rebates, budgeting, and evaluations.

Reporting & Analysis: Deliver actionable insights through E-commerce reporting, strategic revenue management, CCS (Customer Contribution Statements), and mix optimization.

Budget Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Lead cost planning for trade spend, overheads, and 3rd-party expenses.

Internal Controls & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with Nestlé accounting standards and external regulations.

Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to optimize the order-to-cash cycle and customer negotiations.

Upskill Sales Teams: Provide training and ongoing support in financial acumen and performance metrics.
✔️ What You Need to Succeed

Education: BCom Degree/Diploma in Finance, Sales & Marketing, or related

Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant finance role
-
Auditing, CA, CIMA, or FMCG sector background preferred
-
Commercial finance experience is a strong plus

Skills & Tools:
-
Proficient in trade and promotional spend analysis

Knowledge of ROI metrics, price-volume-mix, and CCS
-
Exposure to Power BI or similar tools

Strong grasp of financial controls and cross-functional collaboration
-
Prior experience in a matrix organization is advantageous
