The EMEA Academy for Graduates in Lenovo Sales (EAGLES) is a structured 2-year rotational graduate program designed to develop future sales leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, global exposure, and structured training while working across commercial sales functions within Lenovo’s dynamic environment.

This program equips graduates with the skills, mindset, and commercial acumen needed to thrive in technology sales and build long-term professional growth.


Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
