🚀 Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI implementations such as Einstein or Agentforce. You will be part of the Business Systems team within Global Customer Care, driving enhancements to our Salesforce platform to improve customer experience, streamline support operations, and integrate advanced AI solutions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Service Cloud Development: Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to empower support teams.
AI & Virtual Agents: Implement and train AI tools; create virtual agents in Experience Cloud for self-service and efficient case routing.
Experience Cloud: Develop and optimize the Customer Portal to enhance UI/UX and user engagement.
Business Requirements Analysis: Understand business needs, design technical solutions, document data flows, and manage third-party integrations.
System Maintenance & Deployment: Support existing Salesforce code, develop new solutions, and handle deployments using Copado.
Data Migration: Manage data exports/imports from legacy systems to Salesforce; utilize tools such as MuleSoft for efficient migrations.
Systems Administration: Configure reports, dashboards, list views, and perform routine Salesforce administration tasks.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all developments and integrations meet security best practices and proactively address vulnerabilities.
Project Participation: Engage in testing, deployment, go-live planning, and change management for Salesforce projects.

🎯 Essential Skills & Experience

Degree in IT or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience, including:
- Service Cloud & Experience Cloud development
- Agentforce or Einstein configuration
- Salesforce administration and custom development
- Data migrations (export/import)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
End-to-end understanding of development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, deployment, operation)
Excellent spoken and written English

🌟 Desired Skills

Experience with Salesforce API integrations
Knowledge of MuleSoft and Copado deployment tools
Familiarity with GIT or other code versioning tools
Ability to mentor junior developers and share best practices
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across multiple regions
