Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at Sleepmasters, Benoni Lakeside. The successful candidate will actively sell products to customers while providing an outstanding customer experience. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and build lasting relationships that drive both sales and customer satisfaction.

This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for retail, who enjoy interacting with people, and are motivated to achieve targets in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate income and maximise profits by delivering excellent customer service. Perform sales activities to achieve individual and team sales targets. Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising. Handle cash and credit processes in line with company policy. Deal with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate

• 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail
