📌 Role Purpose

The Salesperson is responsible for generating income through sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving store profitability. This role requires someone who can build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and match them with the right products.

💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities

🎯 Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs.

• Recommend suitable products across all store categories.

🛒 Customer Service & Merchandising

• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.

• Attract, engage, and retain customers through effective merchandising and store presentation.

• Resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care.

💳 Administration & Processes

• Manage cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.

• Ensure accurate sales documentation and compliance.

📚 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric

• 7–12 months retail sales experience (Preferred)
