About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by proactively engaging with customers and promoting products.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and budget goals consistently.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Assist with merchandising to enhance product visibility and attract customers.

  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful approach.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric).

  • 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably within the retail sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.

  • Basic retail knowledge and understanding of sales processes.

  • Emotional maturity and personal resilience.
