About the Role

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products. You will play a key role in driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied.
Key Responsibilities

Generate sales by proactively engaging with customers and promoting products.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and budget goals consistently.

Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate (Matric).

7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably within the retail sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.

Basic retail knowledge and understanding of sales processes.
