🎓 About the Learnership
The Sanlam Learnership Programme offers a 12-month work-based learning opportunity designed for South African youth. Upon successful completion, learners receive a Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4) and may be considered for permanent junior-level roles within the company.

Attend structured training sessions

✅ Minimum Requirements

South African citizen
-
Between the ages of 18 – 35

Matric with Maths / Maths Literacy / Accounting and English (minimum 50%)

Not currently employed or studying

No tertiary qualification

Clear credit and criminal record

Willing to complete the full 12-month programme

Access to reliable transport
