Job Overview

Vector Logistics is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support and enhance its IT systems, particularly within SAP Warehouse Management (WM). The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, providing system support, and implementing new solutions that optimize business processes. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with strong SAP expertise and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Quantify cost savings and efficiencies
Document and streamline business processes

SAP End-User Support

Provide second-line SAP support (primarily SAP WM)
Resolve system issues within agreed SLAs
Conduct user training and assessments
Identify knowledge gaps and support training initiatives

System & Business Analysis

Identify IT solutions for business needs in warehouse/logistics systems
Develop business cases for system improvements
Act as liaison between business and technical teams

System Development & Implementation

Support system enhancements and implementation projects
Review technical specifications and assist developers
Provide post-implementation support
Manage project documentation and requirements

User & Access Management

Assist with SAP user profile creation and maintenance
Manage access requests and compliance requirements
Resolve audit-related queries

Reporting & Auditing

Develop and maintain business reports
Conduct system compliance audits
Identify and report risks and non-compliance

Technical Expertise & Teamwork

Provide best practice guidance on SAP systems
Develop expertise in SAP WM modules
Take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines
Collaborate with teams to achieve objectives

Qualifications

Education

Degree in Information Technology / BCom (Information Systems) / BSc Computer Science

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT or business systems environment
Strong SAP WM (Warehouse Management) experience
Experience in system configuration and implementation
Proven experience in project delivery and continuous improvement

SAP WM / EWM expertise
Business process analysis and improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Project management and documentation skills
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Training and user support capability
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
