Job Overview

The SAP Solutions Architect – HR Systems is a senior, strategic role responsible for designing and delivering scalable, future-ready HR technology solutions. Reporting to the HR Product Head, this role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and enterprise integrations that enable digital HR transformation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors architecture across all modules

• Architect integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise data platforms

• Lead solution design using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform

• Ensure secure, scalable cloud architectures aligned with AWS/Azure best practices

• Translate HR business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs

• Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions

• Support system testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology

• Preferred: Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology

💼 Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in solution architecture

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors across all modules

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and HR/Finance systems

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

🧠 Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Leadership and solution ownership capabilities

• Planning, coordination, and architectural governance skills
