Key Responsibilities:

On-the-Job Training:
Gain practical experience by working alongside skilled artisans in your field of study (Mechanical Fitter or Electrician) and learn key skills required for success.

Structured Learning:
In addition to on-the-job training, you will complete institutional learning, which provides you with the theoretical foundation to support your practical experience.

Workplace Readiness Activities:
Participate in essential workplace readiness activities and exercises to ensure you are fully prepared for your future career in the energy and chemicals industry.

Complete Assessments:
Successfully complete all required assessments to ensure you meet the competencies needed for your trade.

Minimum Requirements:

📄 Education:

  • A completed National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent.
  • Passes in the following subjects:
    • Technical Mathematics/Mathematics SG/HG
    • English/Business English SG/HG
    • Technical/Physical Science SG/HG

🔧 Fields of Study:

  • Mechanical Fitting
  • Electrician

📍 Location: Ekandustria, Gauteng
🕒 Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract as part of the Learnership program
