Key Responsibilities:
✅ On-the-Job Training:
Undergo practical training while working closely with experienced artisans in your chosen field (Mechanical Fitter, Instrumentation, or Electrician).

In addition to hands-on work, you will complete institutional learning as part of the program, helping you gain the theoretical knowledge required to excel.
✅ Workplace Readiness:

✅ Complete Assessments:
Successfully complete all assessments during the learnership to evaluate your progress and proficiency in your chosen trade.
Minimum Requirements:
📄 Education:
A National Senior Certificate or equivalent with a pass in the following subjects:
- Technical Mathematics/Mathematics SG/HG
- English/Business English SG/HG
- Technical/Physical Science SG/HG
🔧 Fields of Study:
- Mechanical Fitting
- Instrumentation
- Electrical Engineering (Electrician)
🌍 Location: Germiston, Gauteng
🕒 Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract as part of the Learnership program
