Key Responsibilities:

On-the-Job Training:
You will be working with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Mechanical Fitting, Instrumentation, Electrician, or Chemical Plant Operations.

Structured Learning Program:
Along with on-the-job training, you will be required to complete institutional learning. This ensures that you gain the theoretical knowledge to complement your practical skills.

Workplace Readiness Activities:
Participate in essential activities that will help you prepare for a successful career in the industry, including training and exercises designed to boost your professional development.

Assessment Completion:
You will need to successfully complete all assessments required throughout the Learnership program to ensure that you have the competencies to excel in your chosen trade.

Minimum Requirements:

📄 Education:

  • A completed National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent.
  • Passes in the following subjects:
    • Technical Mathematics/Mathematics SG/HG
    • English/Business English SG/HG
    • Technical/Physical Science SG/HG

🔧 Fields of Study Available:

  • Mechanical Fitting
  • Instrumentation
  • Electrician
  • Chemical Plant Operator

📍 Location: Sasolburg, Free State
🕒 Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract as part of the Learnership program
