About the Role

As a Senior Accountant at ADM, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including ERP-related tasks, invoice management, tax control, and audit preparation. You’ll contribute to the overall financial health of the organization while supporting the team with insights, system usage, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all accounting transactions within the ERP system, including:

  • Sales transfers

  • Direct and indirect procurement modules

  • Depreciation calculations

  • Manual journal entries

• Register invoices in the indirect procurement module and ensure accuracy.

• Manage VAT control and tax filing processes in accordance with local laws and internal policies.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the balance sheet and payables management.

• Support statutory audits and liaise with third-party auditors, providing required documentation and insights.

• Assist with policy reviews, compliance, and supplier creation in the ERP system.

• Extract information from Palladium software and use it for analytical and reporting purposes.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance and support functions.

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field.

• 3–5+ years’ experience in accounting roles, preferably within multinational or ERP-driven environments.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and auditing standards.

• Proficient in ERP systems and tools like Palladium, along with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Knowledge of ADM’s business philosophy is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety principles.
