🧠 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain and support the full application landscape, including reporting solutions and interfaces
✅ Ensure all changes follow structured change and release management processes
✅ Collaborate with internal IT teams and end-users to resolve issues and optimize processes
✅ Contribute to software releases and upgrades in tandem with the development team
✅ Actively participate in testing phases of application development and enhancement
✅ Ensure consistent system uptime, functionality, and performance across all platforms

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in IT application support (preferably in finance)
✔️ Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, change, and release management
✔️ Proficiency in SQL / PL SQL and scripting (Linux/Solaris, PowerShell, etc.)
✔️ Experience with Core Banking platforms like Olympic Banking System (advantageous)
✔️ Familiarity with tools like SWIFT, FIX, SSRS, Abacus, and Globalscape
✔️ Exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow
✔️ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication in English (German and/or French a plus)
✔️ Agile and DevOps methodology experience preferred
