  • Manage discipline budgets, timelines, manpower forecasting, and project engineering schedules.

  • Provide commercial, technical, and project guidance to engineers and designers.

  • Conduct feasibility study analysis and input into capital estimates.

  • Oversee and approve design scope changes, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

  • Perform site inspections, provide construction support, and evaluate contractor documentation.

  • Facilitate project meetings, report progress, resolve design issues, and maintain accurate correspondence.

  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering development and professional growth.

  • Strong technical competence, including first-principle engineering analysis.

  • Knowledge of EPC/EPCM environments.

  • Dynamic analysis, platework design, and commissioning experience.

  • Ability to produce high-quality calculations under tight schedules.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with relevant South African and international engineering standards.

  • High proficiency in engineering software, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Tailor your CV to reflect leadership, technical reviews, and mentorship responsibilities.

  • Add a short section listing key technical competencies, such as dynamic analysis or crane building design.

  • Ensure your CV formatting is clean, professional, and easy to scan.
