As a Senior Collaboration Technical Architect, you will design and implement advanced collaboration solutions that enable effective communication and teamwork. You’ll work closely with business users, IT teams, and executives to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect collaboration platforms aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate collaboration requirements into technical solutions.

• Recommend collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Workspace) suited to organizational needs.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.

• Advise on long-term collaboration strategy and integration with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, Active Directory.

• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and support to Sales teams.

• Manage proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and client presentations.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and security policies.

• Lead solution design documentation, pricing, and bid preparation.

🎓 Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL), SAFe Agile, and vendor-specific credentials (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.).

• Programming knowledge (e.g., DevNet) advantageous.

💼 Experience Required

• Extensive experience as a Collaboration Technical Architect or similar role in large-scale environments.

• Deep knowledge of collaboration platforms, contact center systems, and enterprise integration.

• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and system architecture.

• Experience with vendor licensing and CPQ tools (Cisco EA, CCW, etc.).
