Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Support & Engagement:

Provide expert technical support to customers, Account Managers (AMs), and Business Development Managers (BDMs) throughout the sales cycle.

Ensure customer retention by delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs and ensuring the successful adoption of Hexagon Mining technologies.

Act as the primary technical advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring they derive full value from Hexagon products and solutions.
✔ Solution Delivery & Improvement:

Collaborate with the AM/BDM teams to define and scope technology solutions for mining customers.

Conduct regular site visits and audits to identify opportunities for further operational improvements through Hexagon technologies.

Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
✔ Mentorship & Team Development:

Mentor and peer-review other Customer Success Advisors, sharing knowledge and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Actively contribute to initiatives designed to enhance Hexagon’s success.

Participate in industry conferences, development of case studies, and technical papers to further Hexagon’s industry leadership.
✔ Customer Success Metrics:

Measure and track key performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Renewal Rates.

Drive expansion revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Ensure the completion of onboarding and training for new customers, helping them achieve long-term success with Hexagon products.
Requirements:
✔ Education:
-
A tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in mining, technology, or geology is required.
✔ Experience:
-
5-10 years of experience in a mining-related business, with a focus on mine engineering, drill and blast engineering, or ore control.

Proven experience as a subject matter expert in related mining technologies.

Experience in a customer-facing advisory role and a strong understanding of value-selling and project business case development.
✔ Skills & Abilities:

Strong project management and change management skills.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Arabic is a bonus.
