We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Advisor who will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the effective adoption of Hexagon’s solutions in the mining sector. If you have a passion for mining technology and customer service, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Success Focus:

Serve as a trusted advisor, working directly with mining customers to ensure Hexagon solutions meet their needs.

Provide ongoing support post-sale, guiding customers in utilizing Hexagon products for optimal value.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
✅ Operational Excellence:

Define and scope technology solutions for customers, ensuring seamless integration with their operations.

Manage system audits, site visits, and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.

Assist in the preparation of project/implementation scopes for new sales.
✅ Mentorship & Team Leadership:

Mentor and peer-review junior advisors, helping to elevate team performance.

Lead initiatives to contribute to Hexagon’s ongoing success.

Pursue industry participation, developing case studies and presenting papers.
✅ Customer Engagement & Retention:

Track key success metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and renewal rates.

Ensure customers are satisfied, engaged, and deriving maximum value from Hexagon products.

Offer proactive care to ensure smooth product adoption and support ongoing customer growth.
Key Skills and Requirements:
✅ Educational Qualifications:
-
Tertiary qualification in mining, technology, or geology (or equivalent).
✅ Experience:
-
5-10 years of experience in mining-related business or engineering.
-
Expertise in Mine Engineering/Planning, Drill and Blast Engineering, or Ore Control.
-
Previous experience in a customer-facing advisory or consultancy role is an advantage.
✅ Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in mining software applications and technical tools.

Strong project management, value-selling, and change management skills.
✅ Language Skills:
-
Bilingual in French or Arabic is a plus.
✅ Travel:

Up to 50% regional and international travel is required for this role.
