💼 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the conceptual to detailed design of dams, retarding and service basins
Conduct inspections, investigations, and safety reviews
Review and analyze dam monitoring and surveillance data
Prepare high-quality design reports, drawings, and specifications
Manage multiple small-to-large scale client projects
Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Coordinate with teams across interstate and international offices

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in dams or reservoir engineering/design
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Water Engineering (CPEng is highly desirable)
Strong command of design documentation and technical reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, innovative mindset with a collaborative team spirit
