🌟 What You’ll Do:

As a Senior DC Engineer at TFG, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of projects related to carton and parcel movement with a specific focus on automation and controls. Your goal will be to improve efficiency, accuracy, and agility in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated solutions for material handling systems.

• Lead end-to-end project implementation from contractor RFP processes through to delivery and adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.

• Conduct feasibility studies for new concepts and installations.

• Ensure technical standards and quality benchmarks are met during all project stages.

• Forecast and manage automation-related budgets and timelines.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance across teams.

📚 Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics engineering environment.

• Proficient in Python, PLC programming, network configuration, and data analytics.

• Solid understanding of Linux OS, Power BI or Pyramid, and industrial communication protocols (ProfiNet, ProfiBus, Ethernet/IP, AS-Interface).

• Electrical competency including 3-phase vs single-phase systems.

• Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
