Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions that cater to financial market applications. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in financial markets and software engineering, ensuring compliance with business and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet high expectations for performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Software Development: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality full-stack software solutions.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align software solutions with business goals.
✅ Implementation of Best Practices: Apply engineering best practices like version control, continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
✅ API and Front-End Optimization: Optimize APIs and front-end components for enhanced software performance.
✅ Monitoring & Production Support: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless production operations and troubleshoot issues.
✅ Mentorship: Provide leadership through code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
✅ Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all software complies with financial regulations and industry standards.
What You Will Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 7+ years in software development, ideally in financial markets or regulatory-compliant systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in .NET Core C#, Entity Framework Core, AWS services (e.g., ECS, Lambda), and Docker.

Strong front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.

Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and event-driven communication via RabbitMQ.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Terraform, and Datadog for monitoring and logging.
