🚀 What You’ll Do:
🔧 Field Support & Repairs
✔️ Deliver on-demand, high-quality service and repairs for Hach instruments
✔️ Travel to customer sites to perform installations, troubleshooting, and testing
✔️ Repair systems and conduct preventative maintenance (calibration, software/hardware upgrades)
📋 Service Documentation & Reporting
✔️ Document all activities in line with company policy
✔️ Provide service reports and maintain accurate customer histories
🛠️ Inventory & Tech Engagement
✔️ Manage spare parts inventory and assist in identifying root causes of failure
✔️ Offer backup service support in other territories if needed
✔️ Provide technical presence at sales demos, trade shows & customer visits
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
📌 Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
📌 At least 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, ideally within the Water Industry
📌 Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
📌 Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel (~2–4 nights per month)
📌 Ability to work independently in remote field conditions
