As a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will:

✔️ Deliver Compassionate Service: Provide exceptional customer care for diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical, and biomedical services.
✔️ Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with your team to improve customer satisfaction and overall performance.
✔️ Support USA Customers: Your role will involve working night shifts to assist customers from the USA, ensuring their issues are resolved with care and professionalism.
✔️ Offer Detailed Information: Educate customers on products, services, and solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
✔️ Problem-Solving: Be proactive in resolving issues through research and decision-making.
What You Bring to the Role:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
✅ Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
✅ Post-Secondary Education: A background that supports your analytical and customer service skills.
✅ Problem-Solving Skills: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
✅ Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and customer service platforms.
✅ Decision-Making: Comfort with making quick, informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to team success.
✅ Healthcare Experience: Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus but not required.
