π What Youβll Be Doing:
As a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support by assisting customers with healthcare-related inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include:
- π Handling Complex Calls: Manage escalated calls, providing solutions for customers with concerns related to diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical, or biomedical services.
- π Problem Resolution: Research customer issues and provide clear, concise solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- β° Shift Flexibility: Work during hours designed to support USA customers, including shifts that may run late into the night.
- π Customer Engagement: Maintain excellent customer relationships, providing compassionate service while resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

- π Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience and some post-secondary education.
