💼 Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Deel, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive performance and retention.

  • Use data-driven insights to shape and influence organization design, leadership capability, and workforce planning.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, coaching leaders and teams through periods of change and growth.

  • Leverage your understanding of global employment practices to support high-performing, distributed teams.

  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging as core principles in all people-related strategies.

  • Align Deel’s global people strategy with business goals, using metrics and analytics to inform decisions.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration between HRBP teams, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Leadership.


✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a bold, strategic mindset and a passion for enabling people and organizations to thrive. You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic HR roles, with at least 8 years in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.

  • Deep business acumen and proven experience influencing senior leadership.

  • A strong understanding of organizational development, compensation, performance management, and employment law across regions.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with integrity and compassion.

  • Experience in or passion for fully remote work cultures.

  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures, with occasional international travel.
