🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Own the full employee journey: onboarding, development, offboarding, and engagement

Provide expert guidance on ER/IR matters including absence management, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, and CCMA/tribunals

Partner with managers to drive high-performance teams and develop leadership capabilities

Ensure full compliance with South African employment regulations, payroll, benefits, and BBBEE
-
Oversee and support People Operations, ensuring accurate payroll, benefits, and HR administration
-
Analyse key HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
-
Lead HR projects such as international expansion and policy development in new markets
-
Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in HR operations
🎓 Minimum Requirements & Skills
-
Proven HR experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
-
Hands-on HR business partnering, with strong ER/IR and BBBEE knowledge
-
Excellent understanding of South African labour law and practical application in a commercial environment
-
Experience supporting managers and teams in leadership and performance management
-
Familiarity with HR systems, automation, reporting, and improving user experience
-
Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to commute to Cape Town CBD office 3–5 days per week
