🛠️ About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to play a pivotal role in transforming logistics solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for the design, planning, analysis, and implementation of high-value supply chain and logistics initiatives. This role will put you at the forefront of change management, strategic solutioning, and stakeholder collaboration across business units and executive leadership.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, development, and implementation of optimized logistics solutions.

  • Drive and manage effective change across multiple business streams and projects.

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to define and execute solution design strategies.

  • Ensure alignment with key business objectives and ensure sustainability of projects.

  • Implement project management best practices and governance across Vector Logistics.

  • Manage the organizational change lifecycle including communication, training, and adoption.

  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with operations and executive leadership.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field.

  • 5+ years experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management.

  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Design & Optimization.

  • Proven record of developing Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) & System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

  • Solid hands-on knowledge of WMS/ERP/TMS systems—SAP experience highly preferred.

  • Strong project planning, communication, and leadership capabilities.
