🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in IOP, HR, and Employment Relations

• Conduct and publish research in accredited journals; present at conferences

• Supervise Honours and Master’s students

• Co-ordinate the Master of Commerce in Industrial Psychology programme

• Provide academic administration and leadership

• Collaborate within the Department and School of Industrial Psychology and HRM

✅ Minimum Requirements

📘 Lecturer

• Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology

• HPCSA registration as Industrial Psychologist

• 2+ years lecturing or relevant industry training experience

📗 Senior Lecturer

• Doctorate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology

• HPCSA registration as Industrial Psychologist

• Experience coordinating Master’s programmes

• Published in accredited journals

• Supervision/examination of postgraduate research

📙 Associate Professor

• Doctorate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology

• HPCSA registration as Industrial Psychologist

• Significant lecturing and leadership experience

• Strong record of peer-reviewed publications

• Proven postgraduate supervision success

• Expert knowledge in IOP, HRM, and Employment Relations

• Proven coordination of Master’s programmes

• Effective academic facilitation and leadership

• Strong research planning and publishing ability
