Job Description: Senior Manager – SAP SuccessFactors

Main Purpose of Job:
Deloitte’s HR Technology and Transformation team is looking for a Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors to oversee and manage complex HR technology projects. This role is essential for organizations that seek to digitally transform their HR functions, enabling them to meet strategic goals through effective use of SAP SuccessFactors.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This includes ensuring optimal configurations, managing integrations, and overseeing data migrations while supporting clients throughout the change management process.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery from planning to execution.

Team Management

  • Guide and mentor a team of consultants to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR technology needs.
  • Offer strategic HR solutions to help clients achieve business goals.

Solution Design and Configuration

  • Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
  • Focus on optimizing HR processes and system functionalities.

Data Migration & Integration

  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the migration process.

Change Management

  • Implement and manage change initiatives across client organizations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Recommend best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness within HR functions.

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

  • Resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Offer solutions to overcome challenges during project implementation.

Staying Updated

  • Keep abreast of the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and functionalities.
  • Incorporate industry best practices into solutions.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex HR technology projects.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills to understand and deliver on client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience in change management, including training end-users and ensuring smooth transitions.

Industry Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • At least 3+ years leading a team in a client-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience in Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation, and Time Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of Employee Central.
