Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer
Join our dynamic Wastewater Department, where you’ll contribute to international and domestic wastewater projects, including:
✅ Design & Build projects in Sub-Saharan Africa & Central Europe
✅ World Bank & EU-funded wastewater tenders
✅ Irish Water Design & Supervision Frameworks
✅ Severn Trent Water & Yorkshire Water (AMP7)
✅ Collaborating with Tier 1 & 2 Contractors in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct feasibility assessments & preliminary reports
✔ Scope and oversee investigation contracts
✔ Perform detailed designs for wastewater networks, pump stations & treatment plants
✔ Prepare technical specifications & contract documents
✔ Manage the procurement process & coordinate team inputs
✔ Engage in client liaison & maintain a culture of continuous improvement
✔ Participate in essential training and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 7 years’ post-graduate experience (less may be considered for exceptional candidates)
🔹 Experience in designing or commissioning wastewater treatment plants
🔹 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on water engineering
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
🔹 Strong time management & multi-tasking skills
🔹 Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
🔹 Agile, self-motivated, and eager to innovate
