As a Senior Physiotherapist, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing patient-focused care while helping to mentor and support junior clinicians across our branches. This position offers flexibility between our Johnston Street and Willis Street sites and focuses on holistic wellness through Pain Management and Training for Independence (TI) contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and deliver tailored in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary allied health teams

Write clear and insightful clinical reports aligned with patient progress and goals

Use our diary management software to coordinate appointments and workflow

Provide mentorship and support to junior physiotherapists

What We’re Looking For:

NZ Registered Physiotherapist with a valid APC
-
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience
-
Full NZ driver’s license for community-based services
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be engaging with a variety of patients daily

A collaborative mindset and a passion for client outcomes
