🔍 Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Support Engineer with specialized expertise in SAP Technology, particularly Software Logistics, HANA, Technical Architecture, and Cloud environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global teams, support digital transformations, and provide cutting-edge solutions that make businesses run better.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Engineer, your key tasks will include:

Delivering high-quality technical and application services in customer projects.

Engaging in project planning, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.

Performing SAP upgrades, migrations, and installations (ABAP, JAVA, HANA).
-
Transitioning solutions to Hyperscalers (e.g., Azure, AWS).
-
Conducting performance optimization and root cause analyses.
-
Advising on complex SAP landscapes and large-scale transformation programs.
-
Facilitating knowledge transfer and ongoing technical improvements.
✅ Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of SAP Technology implementation/support experience.
-
Solid background with SAP ABAP and JAVA NetWeaver systems.
-
University degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
-
Strong experience with RDBMS (e.g., HANA, Oracle, MSSQL).

Proficiency in at least one programming language (ABAP, JAVA, SQL, C++).

Experience in SAP HANA installations, upgrades, migrations.
-
Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to global stakeholders.
-
Willingness to travel internationally up to 70%.
⭐ Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Familiarity with SAP HEC, Microsoft Azure, or AWS transitions.

Experience in S/4HANA implementations or conversions.

Capable of managing escalations and critical customer scenarios.
