About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to lead the way in research, design, and software development across a key product line. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence software architecture, and mentor junior engineers—empowering them to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teams to finalize technical requirements and translate them into functional software designs.

• Resolve complex technical issues and implement advanced bug fixes.

• Drive coding best practices, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.

• Operate across multiple software development environments, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a learning and growth-oriented team environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Strong command of development languages including Java, JavaScript, C/C++, .NET, SQL, HTML, XML, Windows, and UNIX.

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and principles (Agile, Waterfall, test-driven development).

• Expertise in data manipulation, optimization techniques, and data modeling (normalized and dimensional).

• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication skills to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
