Key Responsibilities
✔ Research & Software Design: Conduct research and design software solutions within a functional area or product line.
✔ Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to finalize requirements, and translate them into actionable software designs.
✔ Mentoring & Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, share your expertise on best practices, and help them grow in their careers.
✔ Complex Problem Solving: Solve intricate technical issues, fix bugs, and ensure systems run efficiently.
✔ Agile Development: Work in Agile and Waterfall development environments while adhering to best coding practices.
✔ Code Reviews & Optimization: Perform code reviews and ensure software optimization for better performance.
Qualifications & Skills Required
✔ 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C/C++, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML, .Net, and familiarity with Windows and UNIX environments.
✔ Strong understanding of data modeling principles and experience in data manipulation and optimization techniques.
✔ Expertise in software development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
✔ Experience with test-driven development (TDD) practices.
✔ Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate technical information effectively.
