🔑 About the Role: Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Capitec, you will drive the user experience strategy for our digital platforms. This leadership role involves tackling complex design challenges, shaping user experiences, and overseeing the design process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
💻 Lead the design of user flows, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity prototypes.
🧠 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design strategies align with product goals.
🔧 Drive the evolution of design systems, creating reusable design patterns that ensure consistency across all digital products.
