🎯 Role Purpose
The Service Advisor ensures fast, efficient, and customer-focused service at the point of sale, overseeing operational activities, staff management, and customer satisfaction while upholding Clicks’ values and brand reputation.

Operational Excellence

Direct and control point-of-sale activities efficiently.

Ensure effective stock and cash management to minimise shrinkage.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store administration.
Team Leadership

Train, motivate, and guide shop assistants / cashiers.

Ensure optimal staffing in line with schedules, policies, and labour legislation.
Customer Engagement
-
Resolve customer queries in line with company policies.

Promote the Clicks ClubCard to achieve participation targets.

Provide accurate product, range, and promotion information.
Security & Compliance
-
Enforce cash controls, returns policies, and loss prevention measures.

Maintain compliance with safety, risk, and legal requirements.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Essential: Grade 12 and relevant Retail/Business Management qualification (external applicants).

Desirable: 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
