Role Overview
As a Service Centre Administrator, you will support daily store functions that contribute to excellent customer experiences and smooth retail operations. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, energetic, and eager to grow within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 / Matric

1–2 years of experience in a retail environment (essential)
