πΌ Job Purpose
The Service Centre Administrator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service within the HiFi Corp service centre environment. This role supports sales performance, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, and operational excellence while ensuring a safe, secure, and well-managed retail environment.
The position is ideal for individuals passionate about retail, customer engagement, and teamwork, who are eager to contribute to store success while developing valuable retail administration and sales skills.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
π Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times
π Assist customers with product queries, service centre requests, and after-sales support
π Support the achievement of sales targets through customer engagement and service excellence
π Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge
π Ensure merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently upheld
π Contribute to store safety and security procedures
π Support effective teamwork, communication, and daily store operations
π Demonstrate strong self-management, accountability, and attention to detail
π Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) β Essential

1β2 yearsβ experience in a retail environment

Customer service or sales experience will be advantageous
