🎯 Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients visiting the service centre.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting products and services.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.

Store Operations & Presentation

  • Assist with merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.

  • Contribute to the safety and security of the store environment.

  • Ensure smooth daily operations through effective teamwork and self-management.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and company goals.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

  • Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a retail environment.
