We are looking for a Service Centre Administrator to join the HiFi Corp brand within Pepkor Lifestyle. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the store’s smooth operation, and driving sales targets. Your role will include providing up-to-date product knowledge, maintaining effective merchandising, ensuring safety and security, and contributing to overall store presentation.
Key Responsibilities ✔️

📞 Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

💰 Sales Targets: Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall performance of the store.

🧠 Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest products and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers.

🛍️ Merchandising & Store Presentation: Ensure the store is visually appealing, and products are well displayed.

🛡️ Safety & Security: Adhere to safety standards and ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

🎓 Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.

🛍️ Retail Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
