Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for customer service? On the Dot is seeking a Service Centre Agent β Inbound to join their fast-paced team in Ormonde, Johannesburg. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Address and resolve publisher and customer complaints

Manage and clean data, compile print orders, and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders

Use advanced Excel to analyze and import various datasets

Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering quick, accurate responses

Collaborate within a team and across departments to solve problems

Maintain accurate records of customer engagements
π Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

Proficient in MS Excel and relevant data analysis tools

Strong grasp of administrative functions and CRM systems
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service or call centre role

Previous exposure to data analysis and import tools

Experience handling challenging customer interactions

Strong background in administration and software systems
